To place an order...
Once you have chosen your biscuits from our range simply add any message you'd like iced onto the biscuits and the gift message that will be handwritten on the gift card. If the design includes biscuit letters or numbers, add that detail too then click on the basket to order. All of our biscuits are made and decorated to order, so we offer a standard 7 day delivery service (dispatched after 5 days) with UK first class delivery £3.10 per address (free for orders over £30). If you wish to collect your order your postage will then be refunded.
If you're in a hurry please contact us to request a quote for our 48-hour express service (subject to availability). We will do everything we can to get your biscuits delivered on time!
Alternatively, if you want your biscuits to arrive for a special occasion please contact us and we will be able to arrange dispatch to coincide with your event.
Bespoke and wedding orders require at least 10 days' notice with a minimum order of 10 biscuits, and orders larger than 30 biscuits require longer - please contact us for a quote. A deposit of 50% is payable at time of ordering with the balance due 5 days before delivery.
If things change...
To cancel a (non-bespoke) order please notify us at least 3 working days before the delivery date and you will receive a 50% refund on the cost of the biscuits, plus a 100% refund on the delivery fee. For bespoke orders, 7 days' notice is required for a 50% refund on any balance or deposit paid.
Returns and refunds are not offered unless the wrong item has been received - if so this must be returned to us in the original packaging within one week and a replacement will be sent. If the item has been damaged in the post, and at least 50% of the biscuits are broken we will offer a refund. If you have any problems with the biscuits you receive, please contact us and we will do everything that we can to sort things out.
